TV Giveaway Competition – Receive a Life Insurance Quote For Your Chance to Win

To be eligible to enter into the TV Giveaway Competition you must successfully receive a Kogan Life Insurance Quote before 11:59PM AEDT 31 October 2025.

These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with Schedule 1 – Competition Particulars. Where Schedule 1 is referenced, the relevant word is capitalised and in Bold Text.

Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions.

1. The Receive a Life Insurance Quote to Win a TV (Competition) is open to legal residents of Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia only, who have reached 18 years of age as of the beginning of the Competition Period, who would be eligible to apply for the life insurance product and who are not:

a. an employee of; or

b. domiciled with an employee of; or

c. an immediate family member of an employee of; the Promoter or its affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies.

Entry is only open to eligible participants who receive a Kogan Life Insurance quote between the 1st August 2025 at 09:00 (AEST) (Competition Commencement) and the 31st October 2025 at 23:59 (AEDT) (Competition End Date). Once complete, they will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Applicants are allowed a maximum of one entry. Following the conclusion of the Competition, Kogan will select, at random, 1 winner, on the 17th November 2025 at 12:00 (AEDT) (Draw Time and Date).

2. The Competition commences on the 1st August 2025 at 09:00 (AEST) (Competition Commencement Date) and ends on the 31st October 2025 at 23:59 (AEDT) (Competition End Date).

3. The claimed prize will be published at https://www.kogan.com/au/competition-winners/ (Winners Publish Location) from Tuesday 2nd December 2025 at 12:00 (AEDT) onwards (Winners Publish Date).

4. The (Promoter) Kogan Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.

5. The winner of the Receive a Life Insurance Quote to Win a TV (Competition) will be notified by e-mail and will be required to provide a valid postage address.

6. The (Promoter) Kogan Australia Pty Ltd is committed to compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the Kogan Privacy Policy.

7. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner by e-mail or telephone following the draw.

8. In the event of the prize being unclaimed by 1 December 2025, a further draw will take place to determine the replacement winner. The secondary draw will take place on 2 December 2025. The replacement winner will be notified by email on the same day.

9. The prize consists of 1 x Kogan QLED 65” 4K UHD HDR Smart TV Android TV™ valued at $1,499.99 (Prize Pool Description) and the total prize pool is valued at $1,499.99 (Value assessed on 23rd June 2025) (Prize Pool Value).

10. The Prizes will be dispatched to the winner within 30 days of the draw.

11. The prize must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or otherwise redeemable for cash. Upon acceptance of the prize, the prize winner agrees to provide reasonable cooperation to allow Kogan to use their name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Competition including but not limited to publication of their name and state on the Kogan website.

12. This Competition may be promoted through third party websites, like Facebook. Entrants must at all times comply with the terms of service for those third party websites when using them to participate in this Competition. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, those third party websites.

13. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.

14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention or scraping, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the Lottery and Gaming Regulation 1993 (SA), and state permit regulation.

15. Once the prizes have left the premises of the Promoter (or its nominee), to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay, failure to deliver, or damage caused to the prizes during transit.

16. The Promoter as well as its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the prize or use of the prize. This excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

17. If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.

18. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
